The new site is custom built specifically to meet clients’ needs, based on real feedback. Please note that while this tool is available to benefits administrators, groups can also grant access to brokers and third-party administrators as needed.

eBillPay offers not only a modern look and feel but also easier navigation and a more user-friendly design than our previous platform. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience for your clients’ billing and invoicing needs, including:

  • Ability to make payments at no cost through the application
  • New user-friendly invoice filter, export and presentment options to help be more efficient and analyze data more effectively
  • An easier line-item adjustment process, with the ability to edit or delete adjustments
  • Payment search capability with no waiting period to view payments made
  • The ability to manage your email preferences for invoice availability and payment confirmation
