Are you selling to small groups? By signing up for the Small Business Broker Rewards Program, you’ll get rewards on the work you already do. By simply retaining current clients and selling to new ones, you can earn an additional bonus after the end of the year.

How does it work?

All you need to do is sell to and retain eligible groups of two to 99 employees, including groups in our Small Business Program. Your numbers are automatically tracked, so you don’t need to worry about taking an extra step. For participating small business programs, contact our Sales team for more information.

With this program, you can earn these bonuses:

  • Up to 4% of annual premiums for retaining at least 92% of existing small business groups in your book of business through 2022
  • Up to 5% of annual premiums for selling to new small groups in 2022

If you have an existing book of business with Delta Dental, you must meet the retention goal of 92% to qualify for each bonus. If you’re new to selling with Delta Dental, you don’t need to meet the retention goal for your new sales to qualify.

These bonuses are on top of your existing commission for small businesses. Rewards will be calculated and paid after December 31, 2022. For more information on this program, see this flyer.
